If you are considering hosting your event at The Kerzner@UJ and would prefer to discuss your ideas before submitting a full proposal, we invite you to request a consultation meeting with our Events Coordination Team.

This meeting is ideal if you:

  • Have an event concept but need guidance on feasibility

  • Require assistance developing a formal proposal

  • Would like to understand venue capacity and layout options

  • Need clarity on technical, catering, or compliance requirements

  • Want to explore available dates before proceeding

During the consultation, our team will:

  • Discuss your event objectives

  • Advise on suitable venue configurations

  • Outline requirements and next steps

  • Provide guidance on the booking process

Meetings may be conducted in person at The Kerzner@UJ or virtually, depending on your preference.
